slowly learning to live sith it

been dignosed about a year. what a mad year its been.but i think things are improving.i am feeling much calmer and able to function, i returned to work last week and seem to be managing ok but still having bad days when my head feels like the inside of a tumble dryer. how long dose it take to get my life back to what is was??? it feels like... noises drive me crazy
