why if i am taking medication do i still havve horrible days?

i am on all of my medications i take them at the same time every day, i excersise, watch my diet, chart my mood.. but i still have some very depressed days, i dont have any manic days, or any that i notice... but i still get very sad and down on myself... i started college in the fall and i am way to anxious to make new friends so i eat... Doing Good

I havent been on here in like forever. As noted in a previous post I tend to only write when I'm upset or having problems. But the last couple months I've actually been doing good. I think I'm finally on the right med combo: lamictal and seroquel. I finally found a new psychatrist. I think she's really good, really knows what shes talking about.... Read more Chevron
