Rough patch.....

Right now, I am going through one of the most trying and toughest times of my life....personally (within my marriage), at work, and within myself. i guess this is the start of my journey

Day 1 Drugs taken today: 40mg prozac.25mg xanax900mg lithium510mg seroquelso i guess today is day one. Ground zero… i dont exactly know what or how to say anything.
