I feel like I am suffering from Post Tramatic Syndrome as a result of my marriage to my spouse who is bi polar. He is also a physician which does not help, I am trying to sort out my options and wanted to know if anyone else felt this way-Please dont advise me to leave my husband, I love him and now I need to find a way to take care of myself.

How Do You Help A Friend Who Has Bipolar?

The thing is that I can tell that this person really needs to go back to the doctor and take meds again, but this person refuses because they don't believe the meds work.
