I am going to take a workshop at the end of September in a big city far from my home. It will involve flying there, staying with my niece, taking a train into the city and a bus to the workshop. Loosing my Therapist and myself it feels like...

I have been taking a cocktail of pills now and have been rediagnosed with my illness
