Anyone to provide stories of how they successully got off benzies like Ativan? and what next?

My new psych told me on my first vist that I had to get off Ativan urgently.  I have been taking it for about 15 years, first to sleep, then to wore down to allowing me to take the edge off.  He cut my Ativan in half from 6mg to 3mg within a day and said that he will not relace it with anything else, although I know that low does of... Read moreChevron
