Changing meds... losing my mind

The lithium has stopped working... Pdoc put me on Deprakote...going from 0 to 1500 mg FUN!!! Rapid cycling and mixed cycles are all I know these days. I am losing my mind... Newbie on site

Let's see...first, I am a diagnosed bp since 2004. I had myself a 4 day mental breakdown, of which nothing was in reality. So I lost 4 days of my life.
