i guess this is the start of my journey

Day 1 Drugs taken today: 40mg prozac.25mg xanax900mg lithium510mg seroquelso i guess today is day one. Ground zero… i dont exactly know what or how to say anything. I am crippled by lonliness....after my daughter went to live with her father bc I was lets just say very "close to god" (I chose to starve myself...I guess even then I wanted to torture myself or more than likely wait for someone to save me..Borderline traits i know).....had maybe a week left..maybe...and went away for a couple months...to rehab... had a good day

today was a good day. the weather was nice out so i took my daughter for a long walk. i think just getting out and in the fresh air did me some good. this is the best i felt since i got out from my stay in oak view hospital.

I'm at a loss.....

I'm at a loss. I've turned out to be a person that is sensitive to psych meds. In the last year I've been on Li, Epival, Seroquel, Olanzapine, Risperidone, Lamotrigine.... and all but lamotrigine has caused side effects.
