MY BAD THOUGHTS RETURNING???
After all this time of doing good my bad thoughts seem to be returning. I'm not depressed or suicidal but the shopping urges are back and I keep getting strong urges to harm myself. Recovering from another episode

My least favorite days have been those I see My Psyche. Not that he isn't a nice guy and he has helped me tremendously with my meds, but without meaning to, he rips at my heart.
