Starting Group Therapy
I'm excited and nervous. There is finally room in my therapist depression group for me to join. It is a 12 week program, we meet twice a week, and afterwards the group meets once a week. why don't we support our own cause and awareness!!!!!
One day i was sitting arund the house when i started to wonder why can't a person like me bring awareness to the condition that so many people suffer from. I thought that they have aids walks and walks for cancer but nobody has ever said walk to support bi-polar research or support or just raise awareness people need to know that they are not... had a good day
today was a good day. the weather was nice out so i took my daughter for a long walk. i think just getting out and in the fresh air did me some good. this is the best i felt since i got out from my stay in oak view hospital.

Well I am still alive
Since New Years I have had to deal with jury duty, medication issues, health insurance issues, loan issues, tuition issues, new roommates moving in, working, job hunting, computer hard drive failing, and a new semester of classes. Oh, and the devil (see previous posts) is suing me. He is also suing my parents and threatening to have them arrested.... Read more
