Hot weather just makes me feel worse!!!
Hi all, I've noticed, and it has gotten worse over the years, that hot weather just makes me feel worse. I'll feel much more irritable, and agitated. I wonder if any others feel the same. I feel much better when it's cool, or cold outside. You can always put on more clothes, but you can only take off but so much!!!!

The madness of it all, does it end?
Its a hard day today. People call I don't answer. I did get out of bed so I'm not doing too bad. I don't fight the anxiety or waves I found it's easier to just let them move over me and give in. less mental stress. I have suicide plans but I try not to go there. Finally home
Well I am home. I crashed big time trying to come off the Cymbalta. I had to start taking it again. It was terrible. I had to go spend a few days with my mom and family. Now that I am back on the Cymbalta I feel much better. I go to a new doc on the 10th and hopefully he will be able to help me. Depression SUCKS!!!!!!!!
