When I'm manic I often like to listen to the Beatles's "Helter Skelter," which seems to fit the mood. When I'm depressed a book that fits the mood is Orwell's *1984*. Do any of you have music or books that you associate with mania or depression?

Risperdone side effects with sleep
Hello everyone, History: I had been taking Paxil pretty much for 14 years (have tried Prozac, Zoloft, Wellbutrin, Nortriptyline to no effect) with decent effect but was still not feeling well.
