The kids are (mostly) alright ...

At least 1 in 6 adults experiences an MI this year. That's 170 out of every 1000. But only 20 per 1,000 is receiving SSI or SSDI due to MI. So what are the other 150 per 1,000 doing?Working. MY BAD THOUGHTS RETURNING???

After all this time of doing good my bad thoughts seem to be returning. I'm not depressed or suicidal but the shopping urges are back and I keep getting strong urges to harm myself.
