finally ready to accept!

After a life time of sever ups and downs I have finally come to realize that I am bi polar and do need meds and ways to cope. so here I am ready to embrass and make the most of this newly accepted appendige. god still loves me!!!!

school.... blah

school is coming to an end. 8 days left. the last 2 day will be finals, which i will have to take all of because of being absent to go to the doctor. which is a little frustrating. the end of school makes things stressful. there are so many thing to think about. well i have to get back to class... goodbye until next time.

music for mania

When I'm manic I often like to listen to the Beatles's "Helter Skelter," which seems to fit the mood. When I'm depressed a book that fits the mood is Orwell's *1984*.   Do any of you have music or books that you associate with mania or depression?
