Rough patch.....

Right now, I am going through one of the most trying and toughest times of my life....personally (within my marriage), at work, and within myself. After having a psychiotic episode last week wanting to blow my brains out in front of the Social Security Office I have finally been put on Seroquel on top of Lithium. bipolar boyfriend is having a freak out, anybody have advice?
