why if i am taking medication do i still havve horrible days?

i am on all of my medications i take them at the same time every day, i excersise, watch my diet, chart my mood.. but i still have some very depressed days, i dont have any manic days, or any that i notice... but i still get very sad and down on myself... i started college in the fall and i am way to anxious to make new friends so i eat... Changing meds... losing my mind

The lithium has stopped working... Pdoc put me on Deprakote...going from 0 to 1500 mg FUN!!! Rapid cycling and mixed cycles are all I know these days. I am losing my mind... What have I done, I don't want to take gravol forever, waaaah.

Oh, **** I am having the overwhelming urge to throw breakables at the wall, so much so that its unbearable. Doing Good

I havent been on here in like forever. As noted in a previous post I tend to only write when I'm upset or having problems. But the last couple months I've actually been doing good.
