Hot weather just makes me feel worse!!!

Hi all, I've noticed, and it has gotten worse over the years, that hot weather just makes me feel worse. I'll feel much more irritable, and agitated. I wonder if any others feel the same. I feel much better when it's cool, or cold outside. You can always put on more clothes, but you can only take off but so much!!!!

I'm new to Bipolar-----------------what do I do

Hi everyone,My name is Judi. I was just dx'd with Bipolar disorder a few weeks ago. I knew something was wrong, but didn't know what.
