Well I am still alive

Since New Years I have had to deal with jury duty, medication issues, health insurance issues, loan issues, tuition issues, new roommates moving in, working, job hunting, computer hard drive failing, and a new semester of classes. self-absorbed?

Does anyone find that having this disorder causes them to be more self-absorbed, self conscience? Do you find that you worry what others opinions are of you too much?
