Living with Bi polar with Paranoind tendincies

I currently live with Bi polar everyday. I tried to kill myself 3 nights ago. I took 1000mgs of seraquel and sleeping pills. I have a husband but he does not know how to act around me anymore. I am always depreessed and I feel I have no reason to live. I need to talk to people. Please help.Donsbabygrl74@comcast.net
