Living with Bi polar with Paranoind tendincies

I currently live with Bi polar everyday. I tried to kill myself 3 nights ago. I took 1000mgs of seraquel and sleeping pills. I have a husband but he does not know how to act around me anymore. Am I Alone?

I've been in a manic phase for weeks now. Sometimes it's for consecutive days and sometimes it flips back and forth several times a day with wanting to be alone and hide when I'm not hyper.
