Just been told by a psych that i saw that my original diagnosis of bipolar type 2 is wrong and that i actually have complex post traumatic stress disorder. Is anyone familliar with the differences between the two, i have done lots of websearches and i realise the basic differences, but how do you know you dont have both? is it possible?
