supplements to battle depression

Omega-3s and Dry Vit E has helped boost my mood considerably.Has anyone out there tried N-acetycystaine to manage depression. I'm somewhere in the bipolar spectrum and don't want to shoot myself into mania or Bipolar III

Living with a disorder not being held back by it.

I'm currently 24 and been living with this inbalence sinse I was first Dieonosed at the age of 18 and I'm trying work with my doctors to stabilize my moods.I have a good Pyscopharmisuiticalpysciaterest what a mouthful I know,But he's helping me to regulate my moods through the medicine.
