Omega-3s and Dry Vit E has helped boost my mood considerably.Has anyone out there tried N-acetycystaine to manage depression. I'm somewhere in the bipolar spectrum and don't want to shoot myself into mania or Bipolar III

Is PTS common with caregivers

I feel like I am suffering from Post Tramatic Syndrome as a result of my marriage to my spouse who is bi polar. He is also a physician which does not help, I am trying to sort out my options and wanted to know if anyone else felt this way-Please dont advise me to leave my husband, I love him and now I need to find a way to take care of myself.
