Just Had to Type It

This was a horrible horrible day. I felt completely stressed to the max and spent about 2 straight hours crying. I'm scared when I have days like this because I worry whether there's more to follow.

Living with a disorder not being held back by it.

I'm currently 24 and been living with this inbalence sinse I was first Dieonosed at the age of 18 and I'm trying work with my doctors to stabilize my moods.I have a good Pyscopharmisuiticalpysciaterest what a mouthful I know,But he's helping me to regulate my moods through the medicine.
