Do you have difficulty explaining how you feel to your pDoc?

When I visit the pDoc, after he writes a few things on a sheet of paper, the very first words out of his mouth are, "So, how are you doing"? I never know exctly what to say. How can you describe the way you feel when you aren't sure yourself? How can you define mood elevation or decrease when you...
