GirlfriendofBP,   I know you care about him and are concerned about his behavior, which is not good considering he has Bipolar Disorder and is taking medication.  He will not listen to you and knows what he thinks is best for him.  What would the Army do if they knew what you did?  You could let him take care of himself, which may end up in disaster or you may be able to contact his therapist.  She, I do not think he is charming a man, will not be able to talk to you about him or what he is doing in therapy but she will listen to what you have to say about his behavior and will not disclose your identity.
