I dont know what do do anymore some1 please help

I'm failing school, i'm pushing away the love of my life, i cry constantly and all i get from people is it will be okay... like they know whta i'm going through and it kills me just i can't keep down food my depression is at an all time high yet i feel like i'm in a manic stage. I cant sleep i cant...
