I've been hearing voices for 3 years, and have been previously diagnosed bipolar II / bipolar other. Is there such a diagnosis as bipolar-schizoeffective?

Hi KatFed

This is what I suffer from except I am Bipolar1 with very rapid cycling.  If I am not on a antipsychotic drug...the voices do come back, along with seeing things.  So to answer your question...yes there is such a thing as Bipolar-Schizoeffective disorder.  Talk to your Pdoc and do reseach online for the different Bipolar-Schizo medications.  Good luck to you...let us know what you do okay?!
