Hi

I was taking lamictal at a dose of 150 for awhile and then my psychiatrist bumped me up to 200.  I stayed at this dose for two years until I began getting vertigo like symptoms and vomitting at work.  It turns out that I was having toxic reactions at this dosage and it caused nystagmus, which is an involuntary rapid eye movement (which you can imagine would cause nausea!)  I went down to 100 along with lexapro and wellbutrin, and I am doing okay.  I still have my ups and downs, but I think we always will...they are not as frequent or as irrasciable....thank God.  I never gained weight or have had any other problems with it.  I would think if you are experiencing any strange things, you are having a bad reaction to it.... I would ask your doc to help you.

Hope this helped.
