I heard that green vegetables are not really so good for bi-polar disorder. Then must foods, supplements and vitamins that are. People need ask what role they can play in their own recovery. Somebody needs to be there to answer. How about it?

I'm not an expert, but have talked to my p-doc about what I can/can't eat... he never mentioned not eating greens, but then it may vary on the individual. He said to not eat many sweets, and keep down the amount of caffeine that I have each day. He also said to stay away from energy drinks.
I know for me, if I eat a bunch of sweets, as I tend to do when I'm depressed, makes me feel worse, and sluggish. If I have too much caffeine, I burn out and get really irritable and tense.
Hope that helped a little. If you hear more, please let me know!
God Bless
