This is really impacting my work and though it is only voluteer I would not like to give it up.I seem to have no perception of time.I am always in the moment untill I move to the next moment. I also had enchepilitis about four years ago and I don't know witch illness should get the credit. Things that happened weeks ago only happened yesterday for me and for get about remembering appointments or such. Help I am turning into the post it note person.

You must be terribly distraught with this problem. When something comes between a person and their ability to function it is serious matter. Hopefully, you will find an answer and treatment or develop ways to cope with it. Post its help but soon they too become a mess.
Your question is kind of like holding out you hand with with a sliver that just appeared and asking where it came from. I do not have the medical experience to answer such a question and I am not sure any of the experts, without your medical history and testing could direct you to a possible diagnosis. As long as it is not due to stress or depression, I would suggest you see a physician. I wish I could give you an answer, because I do know how feels not to know what is wrong.

I can tell you that my BP ex had terrible problems with memory, memory loss and concentration... are you being medicated at all?
