Q: What are the best foods to eat while living with bi-polar

I have bad cholesterol, and my eating habbits are not good.  I need to change the way

I eat, but i don't know what to eat?

Hi, sansan. There is no one right diet, but there are millions of wrong ones. In general, make an effort to restrict saturated fat and sugars and empty carbs. Eat out less, and make more meals from scratch so you can control what goes into your food. Avoid fad diets and junk food, and look very carefully at the labels on any food you buy. It's a good idea to consult a nutritionist.
