Hi BL,
I think we're lacking a little context here. You don't say whether your boyfriend is diagnosed with bipolar - but I'm guessing he is and that he is experiencing a manic event? Is he taking medication? It sounds as if his (or your?) finances are suffering a bit here. Is there a relative you can turn to for support? Sorry my suggestions are a little vague but without knowing more about your situation it's hard to formulate a more helpful response.
