The high sex drive associated with bipolar disorder is typically only seen in manic phases. If you notice your sex drive fading, it may not be that you are losing it completely, it may be that you are at "normal". If it is non-existent, however, you may be entering a depressive phase. If you feel as though you still have other manic behaviors, it may be a mixed phase. Look over what symptoms you are currently experiencing: do you feel manicky, depressed, or mixed?
