Excersise is healthy  of course, but i had that problem,  so i finally

asked my doctor to change my meds to a med that wouldnt be a weight

gainer.   i explained that a weight gainer would only make me depressed

so ,  he was good enough to change it,  and then the work still continues

mostly with what i eat, and then drink alot of water. i used to have an

ab lounge chair   in my home.   But it all takes............time!!Smile

I have the same issue.  I was a size 4 my entire life and since i started the bipolar meds I've gained 35 lbs and have tried every diet imaginable.  I think the problem is due to my energy level.  I 'll do anything rather do anything to avoid exercise.  What to do!!!
