21 year old needs help

I have a 21 year old son who lives at home with his father whom I have been divorced from for 20 years.  He has not been diagnosed as Bipolar yet as we (his father and I) cannot get him to be seen by anyone.  He has no medical insurance and uses that as his excuse for not seeking help.…
