Question

Is it possible to get Seasonal Affective Disorder in the spring?

I know most people get SAD when it starts to get cold out, but I always find myself feeling really depressed when the weather starts getting warmer. Could this be SAD, or is it something else?

Hi Sam,

There is a user named cgoehring78 who had some experience with Summer SAD. You can read about her experience here.

There is also a good article here about SAD that has some helpful tips.

Take care and stay in touch and let us know how you are doing!
