Hi, Sportbikedr. I assume you're an adult helping shape young kids' lives. Well - guess what? - you've got a golden opportunity to make a hell of a difference to a kid who really needs it. You say you're competitive - welcome to real competition. Baseball is just a kids' game. Helping a kid with a disability integrate with other kids his age - now that's major league.
I can appreciate this may be too much of a challenge for you, but I humbly suggest focusing on what matters, here.
