I' m bipolar at the time of the incident i had I was shop lifting with which i had no need cause i had just gotten a 1000 dollar paycheck two years before that i had been seen at a mental clinic for depression but they never put me on medication or treat it me for nothing i did lots of things i would have never on my five senses be doing.After those incidents a year pass by until they took me to an actual physciatrist that dignose me with bipolar disorder now i need help my employer wants a letter explaining what happended then and how im doing now. How should i explain it .?
