How do I get better results from my medication?

My symtoms keep going away when I change medications but after a few weeks they return sometimes worst than before. I was told I have bipolar aboyr 1 1/2 years ago.

Hi, Grady. Meds are only part of the answer. Sleep, management, stress reduction, and mindfulness are crucial. Plus good diet, exercise, and a host of recovery strategies. I've got several helpful pieces under the "Manage" link above >> Recovery/wellness.

 

As a general rule, meds work better and you may require less of them when you have good recovery practices in place.
