A
common
thought
during
depression.
An
irrational
statement.
Everything
is
an
unrealistic
term,
an
over-generalization
an
over-exageration.
Not
good
enough?
As
compared
to
what?
By
who's
standards?
Perfection
is
unattainable.
Something
is
always
comparibly
better
or
comparibly
worse,
depending
on
what
is
compared
to,
in
the
mind
of
the
one
comparing.
Be
satisfied
with
what
you
do,
doing
the
best
you
can
at
any
moment.
What
more
can
anyone
do?
When
you
breathe
is
it
not
good
enough?
Everything
you
do
is
sufficient
now
and
the
best
you
can
do
at
this
moment,
the
next
and
every
moment.
Accept
and
embrace
all
that
you
do
as
it
is.

I've had depression since the age 28-30.
Everything I thought was'nt good enough.
Now since I'm 52, I married, that wasn't good
enough for my husband. Not only that, but,
everything I do for my soon to be, exhusband
will never, ever be good enough. I could do
anything he wants, that wouldn't be so called
good enough. You want to know somthing else?
He never was happy, never will be happy, and
there isn't nothing I care to do to change it
because he has to change that him self.
Don't get the wrong idea, I'm talking about him.
