over medicated..please help

hello. iam thinking maybe i'am over medicated.i currently bp and have ptsd and iam also a diebetic .iam on severial meds.listed below. lexapro 20mg once daily,

                         #2minipress 1mg times 3 daily

                        #3simvastatin 40mg once daily

                        #4trileptal 600mg 3 times daily

                        #5enalapril 10mg 1 daily

                        #6 buspirone 10mg three times daily

                        #7h-chlorthiazide 25mg once daily

                        #8 metformin twice daily 500mg

iam taking all these meds and iam feeling really, like iam over medicated.iam also wondering if one or more are counter acting against one or the other.i still feel depressed all the time.i have spoke to my doctor and they just up my pills. not working.so please help.iam been bp for 4 yrs now also ptsd for many years.. my e-mail address is grampyjem@yahoo.com if you can help thank you,
