I was diagnosed as bipolar with ptsd, but my psycht is treating me for depression(i'm not), help?

I was diagnosed with ptsd and bipolar, with mania & hpomania. I just got weened off Effexor XR and Cymbalta. I was put on the Effexorin 2004 by my primary physician before I was able to obtain a psychiatrist (insurance reasons) because I had situational depression due to a break-up,...
