Can somebody please help me with my marriage?

Hi Dolle, I have cyclothymic ,(not as severe as bi-polar,but still truly challenging!!) my moods swings,mania or depressive has been really hard on my marriage.My husband is not very communicative,but he is trying really hard to express his feelings and frustration with my disease.could you possibly explain more in details the troubles you are having with your marriage? I have been married now for almost 20yrs.I have just went thru a horrible mania episode that almost destroyed our marriage.it is a work in progress and we are trying to work it out. I hope to hear from you and hope that I may offer some support or guidance.
