how old is your sister?? if she is under 18, u can go to court or whoever her parent or guardian is can actually make her go. where ever u live u will have to call local social services to see wat u can do, that is if she is under 18. If she is over 18, by law u cant do to much, but every state is different. if u can declare her incompentant and cant take care of herself and is a danger to herself, u can have her committed to the hospital. hope this helps u
