Q: Do I qualify as disabled in a work place?

Very affraid of becoming unstable after years of maintaining stability. First off is bipolar calssify as a disorder? Second and the reason I ask the first question is I am now faceing termination due to problems with my BP in combination with a documented hearing disorder. So I am trying to find out my opptions. Please please help I'm desparate.

I do hope someone else has the answers for you.  Yes Bipolar is a Disorder.  And I am not sure if you can be discrimminated against because of being Bipolar.  I would contact your HR department.  Is this Disorder effecting your work?  Perhaps there is another job you can do, without loosing your pay grade.
