I often times don't tell people I'm bipolar(also Bipolar II) because I feel like I'm under the gun everytime I just don't feel good, I'm in a bad mood, or get angry. These emotions are normal, however, since I'm BIPOLAR I am conscience of it being perceived as my "illness." The person has the illness, but it doesn't rule over their emotions or their personality all of the time. It sounds as if you are using her illness as an excuse as to why she doesn't want to be with you. Maybe you just weren't right for each other.
