Six days ago I was released from the hospital after a manic episode. I'm concerned about falling into depression in the weeks ahead, a pattern that's common for me. Any tips that might help to prevent it?

That is tough. There are the easy answers the hospital gives you, then you have to fight to practice it. After 6 months I miss how healthy I felt when I first got out of the hospital. The only tips I can give that I wish I stayed with, are... Eat healthy. Really do some meditation, etc. It seems so easy but it is so hard. I figure if I had kept up those good routines, the depression I'm in wouldn't have such a foothold.
Hope this helps a bit.
