That is tough.  There are the easy answers the hospital gives you, then you have to fight to practice it.  After 6 months I miss how healthy I felt when I first got out of the hospital.  The only tips I can give that I wish I stayed with, are...  Eat healthy.  Really do some meditation, etc.  It seems so easy but it is so hard.  I figure if I had kept up those good routines, the depression I'm in wouldn't have such a foothold.   Hope this helps a bit.
