What happens if I stop taking my seriquil 400mg without consulting my MD?

I recently missed my normal dossage of Seriquil 400mg that I take along with Depakote 750mg at bedtime due to a delay in my mail order and felt as if I was going through some sort of withdraw why did I feel this way, and I want to have more children I am only 31 will this medication affect that?
